In my casino games the f key will toggle the female comments on and off. It
even says so when you press the f key. And as Crash said the comments are
Would you like a cocktail while you play? and Would you like to come up for
sex? You do also hear those ladies in the background of

Yes, they do work. The female comments toggle turns off the cocktail
laidy, er slut, who asks you if you want to come up stairs for sex, and
I believe she asks you if you want a drink.
The male comments is the guy who is playing the games.
