Hi Thomas!
Thanks for that.
I thought it was something like that.
Off to try it.

Hi Sylvester,
As I recall you have to remove the footbal.dat files. There are
several of those in your Kitchensinc directory numbered 0 through your
last game such as footbal0.dat, footbal1.dat, etc.

Greetings Gamers!
wondered how to restart a season.
I seem to recall a file that needs to be deleted in order to do this,
but darn if I can find it.
Thanks and Game On! Sly

Hi Josh,
The problem with the new version of the game of Life is bothering me. I was
thinking that as long as the new system of writing to your
documents\kitchensinc folder worked that there would be no problems with up
dating my games. So when or if I get Life working again for those who it
hi jim,
if you make another version of your nfl football and baseball games, can
you make an option where the game saves a play by play rundown of each
game you play to a log file so I can share my football play by play
events and the same with baseball with friends?
thanks Josh

well on the main system, programs lock because the firewall has issues, some
times I blindly hit alt a and alt tab then alt a, sometimes the firewall will
come up and ask me in which case I fix it, but when it does not zone alarm can

Hi Josh,
Just because a program locks up doesn't mean the program itself is at
fault. It could be several things from a bad installation, damaged
Windows library file, the hardware itself failed for some reason, etc.
Point I'm getting at is that if the game is locking up there is

Hi,
For some reason Jim Kitchen's football is locking up on my friend's acer
netbook. But it works fine on my own asus netbook. Why is this? And could
someone please rewrite these games so they don't lock up?
also 3d velocity works fine on my netbook.

Hi Ari,
No, I'm sorry, but none of my games have any built in cheats for or against.
You know mostly because I play the games and if there were cheats, the games
wouldn't be much fun to play.

Is there a way Jim by which, for a challenge I could start a football game
but somehow give the computer a head start in points?
Thanks

Hi,
In Jim's football game I scored bills 31 dolphins 21. I guess that's pretty
good. Too bad a log of the entire game including plays chosen can't be kept
so we can post them to a blog and then share tips with each other after
examining each other's games. That would be fun also.
