Hi Ron! I had this problem. I was trying to run the code generator without unzipping it. I unzipped the code generator to a folder and it makes a folder containing to files, the code generator and a sereal type folder. After this the unlockcodes worked for me. HTH! Sly On 8/31/16, Ron Kolesar
