In case anyone is interested, I submitted a patch to bugzilla which adds some improvements to the web interface:
http://bugzilla.ganglia.info/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=194 This patch takes the max_graphs option from the conf.php file and makes it configurable on the web interface.
