For CentOS 5 (RHEL5), there is a build dependancy package expat-devel,
which is not properly set in the .spec file. There is only a
libexpat-devel "BuildReq" for SuSe in the .spec file. On CentOS 5 this
package is called expat-devel.
Furthermore the "expat" buildreq seems unnecessary. I wrote

It would be good to have positive confirmation of which platforms this
has been tested on, so far, I have tested
- Debian lenny,
- RHEL3/4/5,
- CentOS 5,
- Solaris 8 and
- Cygwin.
and Brad has done some testing on S
