to run the demo..
download the tarball and open the archive then
% cd ganglia-2.6.0
% ./configure && make

The latest snapshot of ganglia-2.6.0 (dated 24th Aug) fails to install on
RHEL-AS with gcc-3.2.2-5, on './configure'-ing, 'make'-ing and 'make
install'-ing without any options.
The actual build goes thru, but 'make install' fails with the following error:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lapr-0
