I'm using the stock mysql.py plugin coming with ganglia 3.3.1 [1] to
monitor MySQL on my MySQL nodes (64bit Ubuntu Lucid) and gmond running
on these hosts is leaking quite a bit of memory. The process grows to

do I understand correctly that the only way to remove a metric from a
view, or to delete a view completely is to edit the JSON files in
/var/lib/ganglia by hand?
