After a period of several minutes this seemed to have resolved itself?

I have the same problem after upgrading from 3.5.0 to 3.5.4 I'm having a
similar looking problem.

>From what I can see, the heat map requires canvas, an HTML5 element which
is not supported below IE9. If you want to do some real "hacking", you
could try adding this bit of JavaScript written by Google that allows HTML5
in the obsolete browsers.

Hi Paul,
I had the same issue with Internet Explorer. I started to use Fire Fox
instead and it works fine even with a heatmap enabled.
