APR), the problem is with the 3.4 spin.

I'm trying to use the Ganglia Python modules to monitor a Windows based GPU
cluster, but having problems getting gmond to compile. This 'configure'
completes successfully

Bit of a vague question I?m afraid, but does Ganglia make any inherent use
of DNS reverse look-ups? We?re going to trace our Grids, but would be good
to know beforehand, if Ganglia is likely to throw up significant reverse
lookup traffic.

For various convoluted reasons, I would like to copy my rrd files to
another server, and view them as a point in time archive. In effect just
have the webfrontend running, and no gematd or gmond processes.
Any ideas ? It seems that simply copying the /var/www/html/ganglia and
/data/rrds directo
s and config.log are identical on both servers.
Obviously there is a difference between the two environments, but I've
yet to find anything. Any pointers on what to check much appreciated.
