GroundWorks Solution provides all of the below requirements.

Integrates: Nagios, Ganglia, syslog-ng (as well as snmp traps and more..)
- Provides complete notification subsystem (really nagios')
- Thresholds Ganglia stats, ... which can then generate notifications...
  Reads Gmetad in memory XML files ... not the RRD's (so doesn't provides
yet more contention on these...)
- Syslog-ng to filter system logs ... and generate notifications...

Anyone that uses Nagios, esp. in any kind of dynamic environment ...
Is friggin' insane  not to use GroundWork...
For anyone that has hand  coded all the Nagios configuration files, you'll
understand what I mean...
