So true, Helen. I actually tried to talk my son into doing that, but he is
adamant that he will be going to UF the whole four years... and then some,
maybe. He just found out today that his best friend since 2nd grade also got
accepted at UF so they are both extremely excited.

all along!
Shrimp and grits are delicious - a staple in the low country. :-) Yummy.

LOL... as I suspected. ;-) I've heard of grits called Georgia ice cream, but
that didn't mean there was sugar in them... just good ol' grits!
The only Georgia ice cream I've eaten was the homemade ice cream we used to

Last night the refs gave Tennessee a "bench warning," akin to a "sideline
warning" in football. I have never seen this called before. Anybody else
have any thoughts on this?

I think Walker will have to work for his minutes. Yes he will be a senior and his leadership will be valuable, but between Wilbekin, Boynton, Beal and Rosario, the minutes will have to be fought for. But our team will be very different next year, we lose Macklin, Parsons and Tyus, so a predominat

Having taught at a Florida community college, I personally think that
someone can get a superior education by getting into the Honors Program

There is a lot to be said for going to a smaller school, especially in your

I'm from Atlanta, boy, and lived all over the South until 1971 when my parents
finally came to their senses and moved us to Florida. I have lived in Jax
longer than I've lived anywhere else, though, so I guess that makes me an
