this is to share a new publication that i hope you will find useful, provocative and interesting. this is a newsletter jointly published by the Sexuality and Development Programme of the IDS and Sexuality Policy Watch (more of a journal really), that juxtaposes critical perspectives on the 377 litigation and the Anti-Homosexuality Act in Uganda, with the hope of generating conversation of the place of law in queer struggles, but also to see what we can learn from each other's histories of engaging with law. the newsletter has contributions from Stella Nyanzi, Gautam Bhan, Nitya Vasudevan, Vqueeram Aditya Sahay, Jordan Osserman and Rahul Rao apart from myself, and an editorial piece by Sonia Correa and myself. please do read, share, comment, contest.... this is the link to the opening page of the newsletter: http://www.sxpolitics.org/?p=9376 akshay
