Isn't it a wonderful sight an young man for the first time has his baby on his hands, the reward for all his manhood. no matter how rough he is, how tough he is, he carefully handles that tender new life, with all his warmth and feelings. doesnt it continue for all his life. though he be the master of the universe, wont he bend his head for his offspring. wont he give all of he earned and he has, to him. those small fingers would touch his eyes, kick his nose, those small hands garlanded round his neck, keeping it close to his warmth, that moment feeling safe from the rest of the universe. the man wonders at his baby, "what have i created on this earth?, oh, it is most precious thing, my own thing i had ever had". the man does anything for his sake. he would carry him around, buy things for him, soothe him when he wails, bathe him clean, put those lil fingers into his mouth for a gentle nibble. the way he plays with the baby. he would play a monkey, an elephant, stand upside down, and whatever. hmm......cant stop appreciating the dad. of course, thanks to the mom too. no such arguments pls.
