GCC 10.1.0 supports carrizo, fiji and vega (third and fifth generation) AMD
GPU for OpenACC parallelization.

I could not offload OpenACC computing block on AMD Radeon GPU!! and
OpenACC code run on the host(CPU).
How can I select AMD Radeon GPU as target
