strPOD isn't trivial; its copy assignment operator is ill-formed/deleted. This
is a change in PODness between C++98 and C++0x which may not have been
intended.

I am reopening the bug cause I still don't have a clue why pointer to array
of
ints typed expression is assignment incompatible with a pointer to array of
const ints typed lvalue.
