With 4.0.2:
$ gcc -c x-toolkit.adb
x-toolkit.ads:590:04: this instantiation requires Tgx.Lists (body)
x-toolkit.ads:590:04: but file tgx-lists.adb was not found
With 4.1:
$ gcc -c x-toolkit.adb
