Confirmed, this is ICE is there because the front-end does not follow the rules
all the time.

This is caused by my patch:
* cp-gimplify.c: Include pointer-set.h
(cp_genericize_r): Use pointer_sets instead of a hashtable.
Also instert the new statement for CLEANUP_STMT.
