The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE since GCC 4.0.1:

================================
namespace
{
  template<int> void foo(...);
}

template<int> void foo(...);

void bar()
{
  foo<0>(0);
}
================================

bug.cc: In function 'void bar()':
bug.cc:10: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]

In GCC 4.0.0 and earlier we got a correct error message:
bug.cc: In function 'void bar()':
bug.cc:10: error: call of overloaded 'foo(int)' is ambiguous
bug.cc:6: note: candidates are: void foo(...) [with int <anonymous> = 0]
bug.cc:3: note:                 void<unnamed>::foo(...) [with int <anonymous> =
0]
