On the attached testcase g++ 4.5 and 4.6 ICE with:
rh670984.C:168:5: internal compiler error: tree check: accessed elt 10 of
tree_vec with 9 elts in tsubst, at cp/pt.c:10500
(different line number in 4.5 of course).
4.4 compiles it without errors.
