To help diagnose the issue, here is another test case that triggers the same
ICE without using LTO.
$ gcc-trunk -v
Using built-in specs.
COLLECT_GCC=gcc-trunk
COLLECT_LTO_WRAPPER=/usr/local/gcc-trunk/libexec
