No feedback in 3 months so closing as invalid. Other people have built on
mingw recently so it has to be something with your configuration.

Hmm, for some reason config.h has
#define uintmax_t unsigned long
therefore stdint.h gets:
typedef unsigned long long unsigned long;
Can you attach config.log and config.h from intl subdirectory?
