gcc-4.1.1 (rev. 112984) boostraped sucessfully on my
box with `-march=x86-64 -O2 -funroll-loops` now :)

Problem still exists in 4.0.0-20050409 snap.
I've checked the i386.o and caller-save.o from stage2/3.
They have the same size but diff. instructions in several places.
