It's very unlikely to be fixed. The fix mentioned seems to be right, but
without a big-endian Alpha system to test the patch on I

If I change line 3043 in alpha.c to load unaligned address of operand[0] into
the
register and pass it to unaligned_storehi() everything works.
That seems like the right thing to do.
