Works with 4.2.1 ' making this a regression
Using built-in specs.
Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu
Configured with: ../gcc-4.2.1/configure --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man
--infodir=/usr/share/info --host=i686-pc-linux-gn

Even though this is a tree-opt bug, the Fortran front-end implementation of
select of a string could be improved not to use indirect gotos.
