Sounds related to PR33856. Does xorg-server really return uninitialized
aggregate?

tree-ssa-loop-prefetch.c is the only other direct caller of create_data_ref.
PR33856 should catch in get_references_in_stmt all refs without base,
so all that needs to be done is to avoid REFERENCE_CLASS_P's with
