The testcase in PR54000 appears to be fixed with GCC 5 thus the following
adds a testcase for it, improving IVOPTs dumping to make it more likely
stable.

Tested on x86_64/i686, applied.

        (tree_ssa_iv_optimize_loop): Dump loop location.

        * g++.dg/tree-ssa/ivopts-3.C: New testcase.
