Hello.
Following patch is motivated by seen utilization of
cgraph_edge::redirect_callee in Chromium
compiled with LTO. Thus, I decided to move the function to header file as well
as few small
functions it calls. Changes are just of mechanical nature.
Patch has been tested on x86_64-linux-pc an
