This tests currently expect a directive containing .fpu fpv5-sp-d16
and thus may fail if the test is executed for instance with
-march=armv8.1-m.main+mve.fp+fp.dp
This patch accepts either fpv5-sp-d16 or fpv5-d16 to avoid the failure.
