ogr2ogr creates these ids:
- for point data node_id becomes ”osm_id”
- for linestrings way_id becomes “osm_id”
- for multilinestrings relation_id becomes “osm_id”
- for other relations relation_id becomes “osm_id”
- for polygons which come
