I added CPl_CURL_VERBOSE but I do not quite understand what it tries to tell
me. GDAL seems to reach the deegree WFS server but then "* no chunk, no close,
no size. Assume close to signal end"

I downloaded one CadastralParcel from an INSPIRE service with curl
curl -k -o inspire-cp.gml
"https://inspire-wfs.maanmittauslaitos.fi/inspire-wfs/cp?service=WFS=2.0.0=GetFeature=cp:CadastralParcel=1;
Then I tried to check what I have with ogrinfo but it fails
ogrinfo GMLAS:inspire-cp.gml
