Anyone taken a look at PROJ since Sept? I've tried a little bit to get it
working for me, but I get memory leaks.
Took a bit of a look here:

My feeble attempt is here:

Hello,
I'm using GDAL library in a C# project.
To reproject some geotiff files i'm calling gdalwarp tool as external process
with this command:
gdalwarp.exe -s_srs EPSG:4326 -t_srs EPSG:3857 -dstalpha input.tiff output.tiff

Hi,
Do not cross post. If you are rather sure that you have found a bug, as I feel
in your case, I suggest to write to the developers list. If there is a chance
that you perhaps did something wrong it is good to write to the users list.
There are more people there than in the developers list,
Yes it did sent it intentionally to this list, but I was wandering if it's
more a developer-list or a user-list question.
Did you mean that I should have better post it on both lists or that there
is a combined list?

Idan,
this should rather be reported to the QGIS bug tracker. Sounds more like an
issue how it uses
GDAL rather than a bug in GDAL itself.

Hi,
i think there is a bug in the Save Map as Image dialog in QGIS3:
the initial values that are set when you open the dialog look OK, also the
calculate extent by layer work OK, but when I change the scale it changes
the extent to unrealistic values, and when I change the scale back to the
