Dear All,
Some climate projection data uses a rotated pole projection for gridded
data. Is there any way in which I can get GDAL to work with this data?
In particular I would like to burn vector data from other projections
into this grid using gdal_rasterize.

The problem seems to be that adding a 2D OGRPoint to a 2D
OGRLinearRing results in a 3D OGRLinearRing.
Sorry to bother you with this, I found it myself.
It is the following function in ogrlinestring.cpp that looks like a bug
to me:
void OGRLineString::setPoint( int iPoint, double xIn,

Jean-Claude was right. I had a problem with the installation. There were
several versions of proj.dll on my computer.
One that I downloaded as a binary, one that I build myself, one in fw_tools and
some that I created trying to solve this problem.
By deleting all the old ones except for the
