To me it looks like the script is not able to load other external files
(gdal, ogr, osr
), so I still think it is a matter of PATH setting.

Thanks to all I know understood the problem.
I thought the SDKShell.bat was setting the variable permanently, while it is
not.
So running the ogrinfo and ogr2ogr within the SDKShell window it works
perfectly.
