Hello All. I'm trying to add a vertex to a linestring inside of a shapefile and
save the changes that I've made. So if I have a line that has 2 vertices. When
I open the shapefile up again(in Global Mapper, QGIS,etc.) I have 3 vertices.
How is this accomplished in gdal/ogr?
