[gdal-dev] OGR2OGR for ungeoreferenced shapefile to geolocated with 3 points

Hello, I have a ungeoreferenced shapefile; 3 geo-cordinates for the area on which I want to have this file geo-referenced. Any examples or guidance on how I can use the OGR2OGR library to get this file geo-referenced with those 3 points. If required will share the shapefile, 3 points. Thanks in

Hi; I have a long pending issue with Shapefile and using proper Geo-coordinates for it; i need to place it in Pune, India with actual 4 Geo-Coordinates but everytime My shapefile gets placed into earth's center mostly Africa. What is the solution; How can I ensure the shapefile uses those lat/lon

[gdal-dev] how do you install and configure ogr2ogr on windows with anaconda3

Hi; i have anaconda3 on my windows system; after installing gdal i can check from command prompt ogr2ogr --version and it returns ogr2ogr --version GDAL 3.6.2, released 2023/01/02 But when i try to run it on my intended dxf file I get following errors ERROR 1: PROJ: proj_create_from_database:
