for SIRGAS2000 EPSG: 31983?

As I understand, MySQL supports only projected crs. It does not support
geographic crs. The other rdbms spatial engines support both projected
and geographic crs.

Features can have attributes in DXF as BLOCKS. See the attached file for
an example of a POINT feature with attributes asDXF. The same can be done
for line, polyline, polygon, etc.

I don't get the MapInfo files with the projection parameters. I get
the MapInfo files as a non-earth.
Any suggestions are welcomed to help in getting the MapInfo files
with the correct projection information.
