gdalwarp with -t_srs 'EPSG:3857' produces expected output on one system
but not on another. It seems gdal can't find the projection definition
on System 2 (below). System 2 is the one where I need it to work and
where I ultimately need to publish as 900913 through geoserver.
What am I missing?
