In fact, I have done local modifications to the Code navigation plugin a
while ago, but I did not commit them as I didn't tested them sufficiently.
I did not work on it those days, but I will commit my changes soon and
integrate your patch.

"Code navigation", which aims at facilitating common operations
like switching from a header to the implementation or directly opening a
file by typing its name.
