I'm writing because I am trying to figure out what the current status
for the code navigation plugin is.
Is there a public code repositor for this plugin? I would be very
interested in the 'open file by partial name' functionality.

Are you referring to http://plugins.geany.org/codenav.html? Otherwise
I'm not sure about which plugin you are talking.
