I've had very good luck with Allen's food and Rhacs. The gargoyle and leachies love it, makes raising hatchlings much easier. Most of the ciliatus were converted by mixing in babyfood. The ciliatus don't eat huge quantities (unlike the other 2 species that like the cups clean), but it's a more co

Rick... As long as your gex are active and apparently healthy, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Actually, I only feed my Rhacs twice a week. A couple comments, though... I'm not sure about Reptical's formulation, but Reptivite has way too much preformed vitamin A IMO. I also don't care for
