error message:

Anyone figured out the best way to ungunk the tweezers? Although, in my
frustration I discovered a new way of implementing flying capacitors...

After I edited the template.src and added some netnames to some pins
too, I run tragesym and get the symbol.sch.
When I opened it with gschem, I don't see any netnames there, even
when I hit 'en' or 'ee' on selected pin.
Why is there in template.src in the [pins] table the 'net' column
I'm creating a symbol for a chip that has pins not used, labeled n.c. and
not internally connected. Should I just omit these pins from the symbol?

That's what I do. djboxsym even has a section for them, so it can
tell you if any pins are missing.
I use 91% isopropyl alcohol...works great for me.

I use an old 5.25 floppy Bulk Eraser to demagnetize mine
when things start sticking to them, even when they are clean.
