Hi all
After many years as a software developer I found myself wanting to learn
about hardware design and settled on gEDS/PCB as the design software.
So far I'm having fun.
I've designed symbols for some clock LED displays [1] I found on line
and am

Or not. Another way to handle this is to use gedasymbols.org mi
If you add new data to the gedasymbols.org mirror by using you cvs account,
please keep track of what and when,
and tell us on the list, so it can be rsynced to the master when DJ's computers

That gets the mirror available. Hope it can coexist when DJ's ns.delorie.com
comes up again.
ping gedasymbols.org
PING gedasymbols.org (76.191.252.85): 56 data bytes

Yes, DJ's DNS server is out too:
;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
gedasymbols.org.3600IN NS ns.delorie.com.
ping ns.delorie.com
PING ns.delorie.com (207.22.48.162): 56

Maybe a storm took out DJ's power again.
Storm last night took out a router and network card in my system,
here north of Pittsburg
Just got this error from www.gedasymbols.org :
www.gedasymbols.org” dropped the connection.
The server dropped the connection before any data could be read.
The cvs server seems to respond, though.

Just came across two minor postscript issues:
* The index page talks about "top"/"bottom", but the files are named with
"front"/"back". Pcb should stick to one layer name pattern. I'd very much
prefer top/bottom, as all the fabs I worked with seem to use this scheme.

Hi all,
I'm just trying around with hierarchy. This is my first hierarchy
design, and some questions remained open. I used the gTAG example as a
starting point.
What symbols do you use to 'declare' the pins in the subcircuit? I used
the in-1.sym and
