While using the before pours branch of Peter Clifton, I find that auto
pan could not be switched off with right-mouse-click like it used to.
Auto pan does stop for the current action. But it is active again, next
time I move something with the mouse.

I just added the necessary inner layers. These will be reserved for GND
and supply. Given, that my top layer is red and bottom is blue, what
would be a sensible choice for the inner layers?

While using the before pours branch of Peter C., I noticed that I can't
deactivate auto-pan like I used to. Right-mouse-click turns auto pan off
for the current action only. With next move, uto-pan is active againn.
Is this a bug, or was it a deliberate change. If the latter, how do I
