Maybe i can help you, i wrote a script to export pdfs and handbooks for
geda/pcb projects. I Attach you the script.
I use Fedora Core 14 with the standart geda-gaf rpms.
And it works perfectly.
you need ghostscript a project file and the createPCB.sh script
