equally readable small text.
As for working on the sheet, view extent (on a 1280x1024 screen)
scales the A2 title sheet and the components down to a nice and
readable size.
Thanks once again,

Thanks for any ideas anyone may have, and I would also welcome any
suggestions about other ways to achieve the same goal.

Perhaps you could post that as an example, or make some screen-shots

your judgement as to what is small and relevant. The
limit is 2M right now though. Also, HTML (or any non text/plain unless
you are doing attachements) posts are frowned upon though.
Thank you for explaining the policy.

Try doing it this way instead:
Instead of one long track, use many track segments - one between each

If so, I'll clean it up a bit (sometime over the next couple of days
or so) before posting - I didn't bother trying to find an optimal
layout as I just wanted to know if it would work before starting on
the projects that I do want to build.

The pcb code doesn't notice when a track is disconnected due to
physical damage (drilling).
As you obviously worked out, I didn't realise that. :-)

However, when I place a component onto the track, the rats nest
attached to the component is jumping over the hole to the other side
of the track as if the track still appears to be one continuous piece.
Does anyone have any ideas ?

PS: Are there any other ways of moving around the board using a script
? A look through the actions list didn't reveal anything obvious. I'm
looking at trying to do what I want using a script before resorting to
writing a plugin.

If it's the latter, are there any recommended plugins to start with ?
