the wrong one yesterday.

Actually, my CD already does what you suggest. However, George only
sent me the tail of the long log file. In any event, it's clear that
he's using an old CD, and Linux distros have moved significantly since
GSpiceUI-0.8.08 was released.

Machine is not portable. This Thurs is NEMES and the speaker is a very accomplished blacksmith.
The make fails but the installer.exe continues to run at 100% cpu utilization.
The Install.log is 1.5MB. Attached is the tail end with error.

Try clicking the "close" button X in the upper right hand corner of
the window. If the program is responsive, it will offer you the
chance to not close. Close it up and send me the Install.log file.
If the program is really dead, then kill -9 it and send the
Install.log file.

I am *very* interested in hearing bug reports from folks trying it
out. To use it successfully, you need a maximally configur
GEDA guys and gals,
I have produced an interim/preliminary gEDA Install CD with lots of
new stuff on it. It does not have the latest/greatest gEDA/gaf from
CVS, but it *does* have the latest gnucap, pcb, Icarus Verilog,
gtkwave, and other packages. Also, it has been tested -- and seems to
work -
