a selection larger than the current window settings when zoomed in close.

While working with pcb v20060822, GTK GUI, I stumbled on the following
pecularities:
1) Long lines do funny things if zoomed in a lot.
2) The arrow icons of the scroll bars refuse to work.
3) Auto router and manual line drawing tool interpret line clearance
differently. If clearance is set to 10
