gEDA-user: Update in the gEDA wiki

Hi, I just noticed that in the page http://www.geda.seul.org/wiki/geda:documentation the link to the manual on footprint creation on the Brorson's site still point to a 2 years old version. Someone with an access to the wiki should correct it.
