By default it uses whatever's in /etc/passwd but if you set
Settings.FabAuthor (--fab-author, pcb.fab-author, etc) to a non-empty
string it uses that instead.

I was busy coding a dxf HID when something else came up :(
I left the very buggy version 0.0.1 over here:

Glad to
PCB does not currently have any way of adding to the fab or assembly
drawings.
