There was a problem that would lead to an assert fail with some spice model plugins using spice-wrapper.cc. The bug is a consequence of incomplete initialization of internal nodes of spice devices. The problem was expressed when continuing an analysis after a structure change. Certain non-analysis commands such as the ones that set up probes set up to analyze, so they too could trigger the bug. A sequence like: probe or analyze a topology change probe or analyze ...... would trigger the bug. The only file that must change is spice-wrapper.cc. This file is not used by the core, but is used by all spice model plugins. The web site http://gnucap.org now links to the wiki, which is now the official web site. The manual: http://gnucap.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=gnucap:manual === As usual, to get started you need only the main package gnucap-2009-xx-xx.tar.gz . _______________________________________________ geda-user mailing list geda-user@moria.seul.org http://www.seul.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/geda-user
